Shipping

The shipping costs for your purchases will be included in your total bill. Purchases will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority unless otherwise instructed.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns

Items may be returned for exchange or a full refund within 15 days of delivery date.

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will credit your card for the original amount, including any applied taxes. If your return was a gift, you will be given a Janet Rhodes gift card for use toward an online purchase or at our Hudson store.

Sale and clearance items are not refundable.
